In Mumbai, HDIL Leisures is at present executing its first ever luxury five-star hotel project at Juhu, to be managed by leading international hospitality company Hilton group under the brand “Conrad”. Scheduled to open in the year 2014, with approximately 200 rooms Conrad Mumbai is the first Conrad hotel to be introduced in Western India by Hilton Worldwide.
The company is also currently in the process of developing another five star luxury hotel with approximately 200 rooms in Andheri, Versova and has tied up with well-known hospitality chain “Crown Plaza”, Intercontinental Hotel Group as managing partners. As a part of the company’s growth plans, the company is also exploring strategic opportunities in developing hospitality and lifestyle projects within HDIL’s large mixed use projects.
In the National Capital Region (NCR), HDIL Leisures has recently identified a potential plot for development in Greater Noida. A long-term lease has already been executed with GNIDA & HDIL as a part of the deal and is currently in the process of an operator search.

HDIL Leisures had acquired a majority stake in a 90 room business hotel in Hyderabad and has been operational since November 2009.
