Assistant Vice President / General Manager (Sales & Marketing) (Mumbai)
Responsible for design, execution and evaluation of sales and marketing strategies and initiatives for Residential / Commercial and Retail verticals and drive customer acquisition, business tie-ups and create a sustainable revenue stream.
Candidate should be MBA in Marketing with 20+ years of work experience. Should have worked for minimum 3 years in a leadership role, with the exposure of handling mega properties with leading developers in real estate industry / IPCs. He / she must have sound knowledge of Real estate business with excellent communication skills, research and business analysis.
Deputy / Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing)
Responsible for achieving sales / revenue targets. Should have experience in managing sourcing events, devise and execute product launch, developing strong channel partner network and manage customer relations. Will lead a team of sales executives.

The candidate should be B E / Diploma in civil Engineering with 4 / 7 years of work experience in Quality department of reputed real estate companies. Experience of Finish work will be preferred.
