Qualifications: B.E. – Civil and at least 20 years of experience in construction of high-rise residential/ commercial buildings.
Responsibilities: Developing and checking structural designs and drawings, planning structural elements, RCC structures, utilities design i.e. MEP.
GM Execution

Qualifications: B.E. – Civil and at least 15 years of experience in buildings.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for monitoring planning and execution of projects, preparing short term and long term plans, dealing with external agencies, ensuring statutory compliance, MIS preparation.
GM - Planning

Qualifications: BE – Civil and at least 15 years of experience in buildings.
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for project planning and control, conducting project reviews, liaisons with external agencies to determine technical specifications of projects, resource planning and manpower planning, cash flow and budgeting.
DGM - Execution

Responsibilities: Overall monitoring of site execution plan of work as per schedule, developing detailed project plan (cost estimates and frames) and budgeting, monitoring and tracking of all activities concerned with project execution plan and construction.

Responsibilities: To handle the sourcing and application of funds for the Company; facilitation of fund raising to meet growth imperatives, in a timely and cost efficient manner; managing allocation and deployment of funds for maximization of profit.
